If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) and receive a full refund or exchange for a different product(s).

To start a return, please email hello@govisibly.com or call 844-573-0297 within 30 days of receiving your order. Within your email, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return

Visibly will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, which may be deducted from your refunded amount for your returned products. 

Customers can expect to receive a refund within 10-14 business days after receiving the returned products.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be provided with a full refund equivalent to the cost of your order.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
