All orders are processed within 2 business days. If your order is placed over the weekend, fulfillment will take place the following week. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and there are potential delays, a team member from our Success Team will reach out to you with more information.

Damages

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product(s), Visibly will happily exchange the item for a new one. Please email our Success Team (support@govisibly.com) directly to start the process.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) and receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be provided with a full refund equivalent to the cost of your order.
